Sunset is offering both rambler and two story homes. It's located 10 minutes from Jordan Landing, 20 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Amenities include a large community park.

Driving directions
Here are driving directions. From Bangerter Highway, turn west onto 7800 South. In a few block, stay right at fork. Turn right at U-111 (about 6900 West). Turn left at 6600 South into Sunset Hills.
From downtown Salt Lake, take I-15 South. Take UT-201 and head west.
