Qualifications
Here are the qualifications to receive $1,000 in gift cards from RC Willey:
Newly Constructed Homes
When you buy a newly constructed home, townhome or condominium from a home builder, you will receive the gift cards when Ken Parker is registered as your real estate agent with the home builder. It is paid directly from the builder, out of the real estate commission that he pays to us as your agent.
The great news is that this does not increase the price of your home! All the top Utah home builders charge the same price for your new home whether or not you have a real estate agent represent you. It's part of their marketing costs.
In order for us to be registered as your agent, we typically must be present when you register with the builder. So, let us help you in the early stages to be sure you receive your $1,000 benefit.

Existing Homes
At the present time, existing homes (except new homes in a home builder’s inventory that have not yet been lived in) do not qualify for the $1,000 in gift cards.
