Liberty Homes is currently building homes in Davis, Salt Lake and Utah Counties as well as in Arizona. They’ve built hundreds of homes since their beginning in 1994.
Liberty is committed to building energy efficient homes. They earn the Energy Star rating as a builder by meeting guidelines for energy efficiency set by the EPA. Their homes have such things as high performance windows, effective insulation, qualified lighting and appliances, and efficient heating and cooling.
They have joined the national Energy Star “Change a Light, Change the World” campaign as a pledge driver to encourage 50 individuals to commit online to replace an inefficient light in their home with a highly efficient Energy Star labeled light bulb. These bulbs use 75% less energy than standard bulbs and last up to 10 times longer. They also save around $30 each in energy costs.
