Cranefield Estates is master-planned Ivory Homes community in Clinton, Utah. This country living community is situated on the green of a new 137 acre golf course. Prices start in the $210's.
Cranefield Estates has two private pools as well as private and public parks. There's also a community tower in a landscaped roundabout.
Part of the community is called "Clubview," an active adult neighborhood with low-maintenance living. Yard work and show shoveling is taken care of.
